Vineyards
The vineyards are twenty acres of grapevines comprised of eight unique blocks, each with a different exposure. By managing our own farming, the Hossfeld culture is in the agriculture, respecting the synergy of nature and organic farming with undeveloped meadows, insectaries and native patches of forest. As stewards of this unique piece of land, the family believes that wine is made in the vineyard. By design, we practice regenerative agriculture, from no-till to strictly organic products, with the goal to responsibly farm it for generations to come.
